Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

Our IOP provides structured, evidence-based treatment without disrupting your daily life. You'll attend therapy 9 hours per week (three 3-hour sessions) while continuing to work, go to school, or care for your family.

We offer separate IOP tracks for:

  • Substance Use Disorders (SUD) - Address addiction with group therapy, individual counseling, and skill-building focused on achieving and maintaining sobriety.
  • Behavioral Health - Intensive support for mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, and other psychiatric concerns—no substance use issues required.
  • Co-Occurring Disorders - Integrated treatment for individuals facing both mental health and substance use challenges.


Our IOP curriculum combines evidence-based therapies with life skills training, relapse prevention, and community support. You'll work with licensed clinicians who understand the complexity of recovery and are committed to your success.
